with the repair of the swing, the children were delighted to play on it. the swing is in much demand these days and it presents an opportunity for the children to learn to care and share with each other.

currently, there are around 80 children to three swing, one hop-scotch and to 4 tires to play with. your donation will not only contribute to the children’s need for play but also their worthiness.

UPDATE: a new seesaw 👉🏾was constructed and scheduled to be installed before the beginning of the school year 2024-2025

swing repair 2023

repairing the swings at the basic school.

  • replace the 3 rotten seat

  • add protective flooring

currently the children only have tires wedged into concrete and hopscotch to play with. there are around 60 children to one hop-scotch and to 4 tires. there was a seesaw that recently broke due to over use. the children don’t complain about the limited play options. from time to time they’d ask me if i am still going to fix their swing. if we are lucky we can have it fixed before school goes out in June. your donation will not only contribute to the children’s need for play but also their worthiness.
